Spreadsheet Screen
A spread sheet is a software or application that organizes data into horizontal rows and vertical columns. And that portion of Microsoft Excel is called or known as the worksheet area. Rows are identified by numbered (1, 2, 3 … 1048576) and columns are identified by letters (A, B, C… XFD) above the worksheet area is known as Ribbon, the Ribbon is a collection of the buttons and tools or you can say commands will use within Microsoft Excel by you. Separately from the Ribbon, you need to be aware of several other types of elements of Ribbon in Microsoft excel.
Title bar: The top part of the application that displays the excel file name & application name.

Name box: Displays the cell address [e.g. (A1)], or name of the active cell.
Active cell: The currently selected cell is called or known as the active cell. The active cell has a Thick border around it shown in the above picture..
Insert Function button: Built to opens the Insert Function dialog box.
Scroll bars: Excel worksheets have both horizontal and vertical scroll bars. This built to scroll sheet.
Sheet tabs: Microsoft Excel Workbook opens with three worksheets such as the following [e.g. Sheet1, Sheet2 and Sheet3]. You can add many new sheets quickly by hitting (Shift+F11), delete, move, hide, unhide and move sheets or tab in worksheets.
Tip
Don’t think that Sheet1 is the best name to your worksheet? You can rename the sheet tabs by Double-click the sheet tab name and type a name that better describes your data later.
Excel program icon : The Excel Program icon, placed at upper left corner of Excel workbook that presentations a list of options such as Restore, Move Size Minimize Maximize and Close.
Quick Access Toolbar: The (QTA) Quick Access Toolbar is built to speed up your work and provides to basic right to use file functions. Such as Save, Undo & Redo. And you can change the QTA position by right click on the small arrow icon then click on Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon. On the other hand, you can add more commands in to (QAT) by click on More Commands from the drop down menu to that you use most regularly.
